Rigid Load Frame - The tester is capable of withstanding loads
up to 60,000 lbs.
Ample Test Space -
With a crosshead stroke of 38 inches (also available with up to 60
inches of stroke), there is plenty of room for parts
and fixtures. Over-travel limit switches are installed to prevent
collisions.
Tensile and Loop Load
Fixtures - Our tester comes with fixtures for performing
standard tensile strength or loop load tests on seatbelt retractors.
Touchscreen - Oversized items on the screen allow all machine
operations to be performed using the standard touchscreen display.

The graph screen features include a X-Y cursor with delta cursor
capabilities, batch printing, automatic scaling, and scaling
presets.
Automatic Load Scaling - The software automatically adjusts the
load scaling on the fly for maximum accuracy at low loads without
losing high load measurement capabilities.
Flexible Test Construction - Each test is built by breaking the test down into steps.
Each step can do simple movements, movements with graphing, part
cycling, and holding a load setpoint. Several steps are linked together
to create the automatic test.Visual Aids - Create support
documents with almost any Windows based program and have them
automatically displayed prior to running a test. Instructions and
pictures of test setups can be shown to an operator before a test
is started. |
