Heater Core Leak Tester

This stand is currently being used to leak test automotive heater cores after final assembly.

Features

Robust Construction and Design - The equipment includes complete safety guarding and interlocks utilizing a weldment base, NEMA 12 electrical enclosure, and 110 VAC operation. The test heads are custom designed by the in-house engineering staff at VSR technologies.

Leak Detection - 0.1 cc/min leak detection on 2 stations (1 work, 1 reference) with 20 second cycle time.

Automatic and Manual Operation -  Capable of running test manually or automatically. The test part is manually loaded.

Programmable Controller - This tester is controlled by Allen Bradley SLC 500 programmable controller and a COSMO Leak Test Instrument.
